This policy explains how Les Services Jo Clean inc. ("Jo Clean", "we") collects, uses, shares and keeps your personal information when you use this site, in accordance with Quebec’s Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector, as amended by Law 25.

Information we collect

When you fill out the contact form, we collect:

  • your email address;
  • your phone number, if you provide it;

To protect the form from spam, the Cloudflare Turnstile service analyzes technical data about your browser, such as your IP address. This site uses no tracking cookies and no advertising tools.

Why we collect it

We use this information only to respond to your request, prepare a quote and schedule a visit, if needed. We don’t sell it, and we don’t use it for marketing without your consent.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for [duration, for example 24 months] after our last exchange, then destroy it securely, unless the law requires us to keep it longer (for example, for invoicing).

Sharing with third parties

To run this site, we use the following providers, who process your information on our behalf only:

  • Brevo (France), which delivers form messages to our inbox;
  • Cloudflare (United States), which hosts the site and provides the Turnstile spam protection.

These providers may process your information outside Quebec. Before entrusting them with any information, we assessed that they offer adequate protection. [To be confirmed by the business.]
