We’re based in Vaudreuil-Soulanges and cover the whole region (Vaudreuil-Dorion, Saint-Lazare, Les Cèdres, L’Île-Perrot, Hudson, Rigaud and nearby), as well as Greater Montréal.

We recommend a complete cleaning once a year. Between visits, rinse the filters every two to four weeks when the unit runs a lot.

The most common signs: a musty smell when it starts, weaker airflow, black spots on the louvers, or water dripping from the unit.

Lint building up in the vent slows drying, makes the dryer work harder and can catch fire. A clean vent is safer and cheaper to run.

Once a year for most families, more often if the dryer runs every day or the vent is long. If your clothes take longer to dry, it’s a good sign it’s time.

A professional cleaning of the core, filters and grilles once a year helps it keep the air in your home fresh. Check the filters a few times a year as well.

At least once a year, ideally before fireplace season. Many municipalities and insurers require it; keep your invoice as proof.

No. We protect the floor around the fireplace and use a fine-filter vacuum. We leave the place clean.

At least once a year in late fall, once the leaves are down. If there are lots of trees around the house, a second visit in spring is a good idea.
